The article is devoted to the analysis of the ideological and value factor in the domestic and foreign policy of the Turkic states: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Turkey. The
main ideas and values formed by these countries are identified, their development and influence on public policy are analyzed. It is concluded that the Turkic states form values of a general nature in foreign policy, which turns
them into an object of ideological and value influence. Turkey forms a number of ideologies covering a wide range of state policy.
