About the Journal

The journal " Middle and Post-Soviet East" is published by the Department of the Middle and Post-Soviet East at the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Periodicity: 4 issues per year.

The journal publishes materials on current issues in global politics, international relations, and the global economy. Regional coverage is limited to the countries of the Middle and Post-Soviet East, including Russia, the Arab States, Israel, Iran, Turkey, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.

The journal provides direct open access to its content, based on the principle that free and open access to research results facilitates the global exchange of knowledge. Publication in the journal is free for authors. The editors do not charge authors for the preparation, publication, or printing of their materials.
