Блудова С.Н., Мартынова Т.К.

Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the key role of customs regulation in ensuring the efficiency and competitiveness of the transport corridors of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in the context of global turbulence and sanctions pressure. The paper examines in detail the functions of customs regulation, its direct impact on logistics indicators (speed, cost, predictability), and analyzes quantitative data, including the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) The World Bank and new Big Data indicators that identify bottlenecks. Special attention is paid to the development of strategic solutions aimed at harmonizing procedures, deep digitalization and the creation of a supranational monitoring system based on “digital twins” for the transition to management.
