The article is devoted to a brief overview of the current state of affairs in modern Turkological science in the context of the current geopolitical situation, which creates certain challenges that require an immediate and adequate response. The article also represents an attempt to formulate the tasks of modern domestic Turkology for the benefit of domestic science and our state.
